Terri Ross brings unique skills to her position as aesthetic director at Garth Fisher M.D.’s Biomed Spa Beverly Hills in California. Recruited to help establish Dr. Fisher’s new nonsurgical spa center, Ms. Ross directs strategic planning and business development initiatives. In addition to assessing patients and developing personalized treatment plans, she trains personnel and conducts market analyses.

Ms. Ross offers her clients more than 15 years of specialized industry experience. Before moving into her current role in early 2011, she was employed in increasingly senior sales positions with leading aesthetic and pharmaceutical companies including Zeltiq Aesthetics, Medicis, EMD Serano and Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals.

She has been the recipient of numerous accolades for her professional efforts, including EMD Serano’s 2004 Presidents Award. During Ms. Ross’s four-year career with the company, which culminated in her promotion to area business director, she helped her team achieve a 75 percent growth rate in sales of cutting-edge biopharmaceutical products in the areas of metabolic endocrinology and oncology.

A certified electroneurodiagnostic technologist, Ms. Ross holds a Bachelor of Science in health development from Central Michigan University. She is active in the professional community through her membership in organizations such as the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, Cosmetic Executive Women and the Multi-Specialty Foundation.
